When I arrived in Australia in the 1980s I fell in love with the Victorian landscape. I was captivated by the wide open spaces, the tall wet forests, the arid deserts and the seemingly endless stretches of beautiful coastline. My natural curiosity led me to study, to know this special place.

After a career advising various governments on environmental policy, and making some difference along the way, I took the opportunity to get back to my creative roots by learning photography. When I look through the lens of my camera I'm seeing the world with the eyes of a person who loves the natural world, understands the science, appreciates the policy challenges of managing wild landscapes, and gazes in wonder at the beauty of this planet.

I hope you enjoy seeing the world through my eyes.

My life has always included some form of creativity though study, work, business and my own passion. I've done sculpture, ceramics, drawing, painting, printmaking, graphic design and fashion design. When I added photography to the list I discovered the amazing tools available for editing my images. Photography had moved out of the darkroom and the options were so exciting! My mind started to wander, thrilled at so many creative possiblities. I now use my imagination, my own photography plus some additional resources to create digital art. My images are inspired by nature, my life, and my thoughts on what might be possible. I'm loving this journey and hope you will appreciate my creations.
